It is the phase where the Technology and the production Know-How are transferred and that basically includes:
• Characteristics and choice of the raw and auxiliary materials;
• Product characteristics;
• Production organization and management recommendations;
• Production parameters;
• Quality control methods;
• Operating instructions, maintenance etc.
The first phase of the Training is effected at the facilities of ORV Manufacturing on plants similar to the one purchased, while the second phase takes place at the Customer's site during the Commissioning period.
