SINPEL is a non-woven fabric suitable as substrate for the footwear and synthetic leather goods industries. It is produced in a wide range of weights and thicknesses and is available in white, black and grey. This product is highly suited to both impregnation and coating processes. Sinpel is a result of ORV needle-punching technology and is ideal for the manufacture of syntetic leather goods, classic footwear and shoes for specific sports. Its advantages include uniform fibre distribution, thermal stability, consistent thickness and soft, full handle. The standard weights range between 80 and 400 g/sq.m. ORV, however, is able to produce needle-punched fabric of more than 1000 g/sq.m.
